6/7 - the 80s WINNERS!!!

Super apologies for the blurry photo - no one said technology was convenient - but "TODD & THE ASSOCIATION" won the night, and won the 80's! Congrats to all involved.

Tonight was a smashing success, and we just can't do it without all of the awesome attendees - and lord knows we have tried. From the bottom of our cyborg heart, thank you so much for coming out. See you next week!

5/31 Memorial Day - WINNERS - The Analrapists!

Congratulations to team "The Analrapists" (I swear, they don't anally rape people... I think. Watch Arrested Development if you don't get it) for winning our Memorial Day trivia!!! They came in and bitch-slapped around the competition. Literally. There were assault charges filed.

I jest.

BUT, they did win our coveted J&N Championship belt (pictured) as well as a photo-op with trivia co-host Noah (pictured right - looking rather dapper if I do say so myself).

Next week brings about an all new title defense! It just so happens that next Monday (June 7) is our 1980's themed trivia! Questions, images, sound round - all of it dedicated to the black hole that was the 80s. Feel free to come dressed up for the occasion, and remember to get there early for seating, as I'm sure it will be busy.

5/31 Memorial Day hints + a June 7 reminder...

Yes, it will be Memorial Day in America, but Joe & Noah don't know the meaning of the word "memorial", so the heat is still on in Sauce Soundbar this Monday. Below are hints for the night...

- Famous grilled cheese sandwiches
- Poker hands

IMAGE ROUND - Wuzzles! (Word/symbol puzzles - check yer Strib Variety section, they're in there)
SOUND ROUND - Songs you're shocked to hear in commercials

Get there early for a table, no more than 6 to a team (or 7 if you ask super nicely), and no use of cell phones/iphones/etc during trivia. Thems the rules.

Also note, June 7 is JOE & NOAH's 1980's THEMED TRIVIA!! Tell your friends! Tell your enemies! Tell yourselves!

Monday, June 7 - 80's NIGHT!!!

That's right ladies and germs - On 6/7/10, J&N Monday Night Trivia goes back to the 1980's! All questions, sound round, image round, DJ selections - ALL of it dedicated to one of the most embarassing decades ever produced by mankind!

Congrats to "We'd Be More Apathetic If We Weren't So Lethargic"! They won our 5/24 Monday Night Trivia by kicking ass AND taking names - and for those of us in the name taking business, we know it's hard to do both at the same time.
